Statistics Analysis:
The data above shows that Priestess of the Moon in level 1 has the upper hand in terms of statistics, POTM having more strength than SF means having more health points to endure damage. POTM also have higher base damage with 38-49 rather than SF's 35-41. There are also minimal but essential statistics that POTM had an upper hand with SF and these are total statistics, attack animation, attack range and sight range. In contrary SF has higher gain stat than POTM which means higher final statistics. In level 25, putting aside the complete set of skills, they are almost even because SF has higher strength, while POTM has higher agility and higher base damage.

Skill Analysis:
As we can see both SF and POTM have nukes(Raze,Requiem, Starfall, Arrow) but we can see the different level of SF's nukes considering that at level 4 of raze, it has massive 900 damage if landed correctly rather than POTM's maximum of 600 only. Requiem is an ultimate so there will be no question that it is an advantage to SF. POTM in the other hand have the deadly Elune's arrow, if used accurately, SF will be stunned for 5 seconds and by that time SF will be dead. Also POTM is very versatile having leap and moonlight shadow that can be used for chasing or escaping death from SF. all in all, in level 1 of both heros, they will be both even with skills, SF and POTM damaging each other nonstop using their nukes, if Elune's arrow landed it will be totally over for SF but if not, SF will be triumphant. On later time or if they are high level or even at max, putting aside items, SF if not hit by Elunes arrow will have the upper hand that time.
Overall Analysis:
If the Statistics and Skills are combined together, putting aside items and Player accuracy, POTM's statistics ahead by a thread against SF's, and SF's nukes over POTM's,. The result of it is at early game they will be almost even, POTM farming and damaging SF with her higher base damage and versatile skill leap. If SF survive the early game with farm and avoid being killed too much, in time when they are both high level, SF with his nukes together with all his skills removing the advantage of POTM's higher armor and higher base damage, (Note: If not hit with arrow and without items meaning both of them have low max hitpoints) SF will be triumphant.
Winner:
Shadow Fiend - Nevermore
Note:
This is just an analysis with the given criterias and with a scope limitation, the outcome of the battle will really rely on the players accuracy together with the different item builds, on how they used it effectively.
