How to overcome boredom in a Relationship

This is a popular issue nowadays, this is one of the most dreaded relation destroyer because it attacks silently and you wont know that it had strike, you will just notice that your relationship with your special someone is falling apart little by little. Calm down, solution are always found in any problem so just read this and I hope that it would help you and other people.

1. Acceptance of the problem

Stop pretending to be happy and start accepting that you are bored. It is just a normal thing in a relationship. Talking about it is what is best. It is hard to say it, but it is simple the solution. Try to talk it over with your partner, if you love each other you will understand each other and meet half way.

2. Discover new things in your partner

Be a detective and discover more things about your partner, find it, even the smallest thing will do. Get drowned in that idea and you will find yourself looking for more resulting to being always interested and overcoming boredom with your partner.  Your partner will be happy if you do that and will try to do the same to you.

3. Spice it up a notch!

Do something extra ordinary, do something that you and your partner had not done before, plan it and be excited with it. Do these at least every month, climb a mountain, swim in the lake, play paintball etc. Ideas like that. These things will heighten up the excitement level in yourselves thus making you more happy and contented in your relationship.

4. Quarrel with your partner

The idea is not to break up with your partner but to argue with nothing at all, just quarrel so that you can apologize for starting the quarrel and making up for it. Be intimate and have fun while making up with your partner so that she will forgive you easily.  A stupid but worth trying idea, just don’t overdo it, your partner might get angry and you won’t like the results of it.

5. Put yourself in your partners shoes

This is a simple way to solve your problems, not only boredom.  By putting yourself in your partner shoes you will see what is the best thing to do, you will see your problems encountered and this will make you more understandable of your partners’ feelings.

6. Always Smile and Laugh :D

“Laughter is the best medicine”, it actually works on solving boredom problems between couples. Being always happy about yourselves will mean seeing things in a positive way, Boredom strikes when you are not happy and will easily eat you up. So stay happy.

These are some solutions I came up with some research and with my past experiences, hope this will help you guys to have a happy relationship. These things are not guaranteed but worth trying, the thing is, don’t lose hope, if you love your partner do everything for him/her.

This is the chapter 4 of the short story "Entablado Series" entitled "Ang Pagtatapat(The Revelations)". The story continues as the main character Neb together with Elaine, his Love which became his best friend and Trixie, his first love, After Trixie left, Neb takes a walk with Elaine to her house, Elaine was very silent and all of a sudden she shouted out her hidden feelings to Neb. And their past was revealed, that Neb courted Elaine but didn’t worked out well because Elaine that time was scared of losing Neb so she decided not to step in a relationship rather enclose her feelings and maintain friendly relation with Neb. As time passed by Neb little by little accepted that Elaine can only offer genuine friendship. How will Neb react on what Elaine is telling him? Does Neb still love Elaine or maybe Trixie? Together let’s see what will happen next and where the story does leads. 

5 THINGS A BOY/GIRL DOES WHEN HIS/HER CRUSH IS ONLINE IN FACEBOOK

1. He/She doesn’t close the chat box of the conversation between the two of them even his/her crush is offline

-He/She doesn’t want to clear up the history chat so that he/she can take a look at their conversation and be blushed again. Another reason is to know immediately when you are online. ^_^

2. You will easily distinguish if his/her crush is online if the number of status or his/her posts increases

-He/She makes a way so that his/her posts will be seen by his/her crush in the news feed, so to make sure, spam posts and statuses. haha
